Project 57 – An Art Show to Benefit LBDA

August 9, 2008 - September 6, 2008
Escondido CA

Opening reception August 9, 2008, 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. ($10 admission)

Distinction Gallery, 317 East Grand Avenue, Escondido, CA 92025.

Distinction Gallery is proud to host this most special gathering of artists to pay tribute to the artistic spirit and likewise honor the memory and life of Charles Leslie Walker. There will be an opening reception on August 9th from 6-11 PM featuring live music, donated catered food by A Taste of Florence, and beer provided by Karl Strauss. This showing will be presented auction style and will run for one week. Pieces that do not sell for the “must have it price” (2x above retail) will also be for auction on Ebay after opening night. The artwork will be on display for a month long. All Distinction Gallery commissions will be donated.

We are hoping you will share in this community event and experience some exceptional artistic works that benefit a most worthy cause. Over 100 artists from around the world will be participating in this exhibition and 100% of gallery profits will benefit the Lewy Body Dementia Association.
